Terms of Service
Terms for the independent AI flying video service
The service
LIFTOFF is an independent tool for creating personalized AI flying-car videos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Generated scenes are fictional AI media and must not be presented as documentary footage of a real event.
Your photos and permissions
Use a photo of yourself, your own pet, or an adult who has agreed to appear. You must have permission to use all submitted photos, including vehicle images. Do not upload minors, impersonate people without consent, or create deceptive or abusive content. You retain your rights in the material you upload. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to provide your requested generation and store the resulting media.
Paid packs and current availability
LIFTOFF does not offer a free trial, free video generation or signup credits. The pricing page shows planned one-time packs. Purchases and video generation are not open yet, and no payment is taken at this stage. Creating an account does not grant a video-generation balance.
When sales open, the pack, total charge and included credits will be confirmed before payment. A 5-second generation will use one credit and a 10-second generation will use two. Pack credits will be valid for 12 months from purchase and will not renew automatically. They are service credits, not money or a cash balance.
A generation reserves its credits before processing. Confirmed failed generations will release their reservation. An unconfirmed provider submission will be held for review instead of being submitted again automatically. Any purchase refund terms and applicable statutory rights will be disclosed before checkout opens.
Outputs and availability
AI output can vary and may change facial, vehicle or motion details. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular visual result, or a fixed completion time. Downloads are silent MP4 files. You are responsible for rights to music or other media you add and for using AI labels where required by your publishing platform.
The service depends on hosting and model providers and may be unavailable or rate limited. Do not treat the service as the only backup of a video you want to keep. You can download completed videos from My videos. Deleting your account removes the account's stored video files and task records.
Accounts and updates
Keep your login details secure. We may restrict access for misuse or operational reasons. We may update these terms when functionality changes; this page shows its last update date.
