Privacy Policy
How your photos, account and generated videos are handled
Your account and photos
LIFTOFF uses your account name and email to sign you in, protect your videos and manage service access. Photo selection and preview happen in your browser. Selecting a photo does not send it to a generation provider. When you press Generate video while signed in with access, your photos and selected scene are sent to our server and to fal.ai for processing.
A generation uses an image composition model and then a video model provided through fal.ai. Your reference photos are included in the composition request. The composed image is used to generate the video. We do not keep your original uploaded photos in our own object storage. Model providers process and retain data under their own policies; review fal's privacy policy before submitting sensitive images.
Generated media and task records
We store the completed video and, when available, its composed poster in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Task records in Cloudflare D1 include your account ID, chosen scene, format, duration, generation credit reservation, processing status and provider request identifiers. Your videos are accessible through authenticated, account-scoped routes. They are not published in a public gallery.
Generated videos and task history are retained while your account exists. You can delete your account from account settings. Account deletion removes our stored video files and account-linked task records. Deleting your account does not guarantee immediate deletion of copies already processed by third-party model providers. Browser previews disappear when you close or reload the page. Your browser may retain the ID of your most recent task so it can be reopened; original photos are not saved in that browser setting.
Cookies and operational data
Authentication uses cookies to maintain your session. A locale preference and theme preference may be stored in your browser. Our hosting and model providers may process technical data such as network addresses and request logs to operate their services. Optional analytics and advertising integrations are not required for video creation.
Your choices
Only upload photos you are permitted to use. Do not submit private information in a photo that is unnecessary for the video. You can stop before generation, replace the selected photos, or delete your account through settings. We may update this page when our processing practices change.
